Plurabelle's first trip abroad
A crew of 26 Plurabelle Paddlers travelled to Putrajaya in Malaysia , for the 2011 Malaysia International Dragon Boat Festival. With 1,500 participants and 60 crews from 14 countries, including Canada, Australia, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, this was an amazing experience for such a novice crew. A long way to go for our first trip abroad, made possible by generous sponsorship from Etihad Airways and Penang Medical College.
